 2011 RITN Preparedness Checklist:

How prepared is your transplant center? Transplant centers should review their documentation (standard operating procedures, standing lab orders, admission process, surge plan, etc)  against this checklist to ensure key readiness points are addressed. If your hospital already documents these items on the checklist elsewhere, you do not need to include them in your RITN SOP. A simple reference to the appropriate document is adequate (for instance, “See SOP 123, para 111-11 for standardized admissions process”).
